Only then do we bring in the right architects, designers and trades. You are guided at each step, and nothing moves forward until you are comfortable.

Designed for the Land

From the Hudson River corridor to the Catskill foothills and the farmland of Columbia and Dutchess counties, each site has its own character. We study light, slope, water and views so the home sits naturally on its land, with generous glass, warm natural materials and quiet, private spaces for gathering and retreat.

Based in Albany, we work throughout the Hudson Valley, including the Capital Region and Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam counties, and we build in every direction from Maryland to Maine.
